Communication

Sharing information within a project team is possible with SharePoint service.  Integrated into the Task pane of the Project Guide communication between team members is effective as it is presented in logical grouping with a company consistent format.

Changes are easily identified because of this simplified communication.  A central storage for data make different version of a project easy to track; therefore scope and schedule changes are easy to communicate to everyone involved in a project.
