Document Storage and Sharing

In working in a team environment, sharing of documents is inevitable.  The practice of attaching documents, which can get quite large, to emails can not only lead to confusion over the most resent version of a document, it is a drain on your email servers. 

With SharePoint, document can be stored and share in a central location within a logical grouping.  The most up to date version of a document will always be available for revision, review, and reporting.
